It was an amazing experience staying at Fujairah Rotana Resort and Spa. The facilities were excellent and the food selection was delicious with a wide range of choices. We had a smooth Check-in and Checkout experience. The staff was extremely friendly who made our stay more memorable, special mention to Nicolas the General Manager who sent us Eid Greetings :-) We would also like to give a special shout out to Nora for serving us in the Mozaique restaurant, she was extremely helpful and friendly, it was the best experience, as she ensured our comfort and requirements. Lastly I would like to mention Shawon, who helped us with the luggage, while check-in and checkout both. Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely want to visit again in near future

Dinesh was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, even while covering for the main restaurant. All the staff were polite, friendly, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The room cleaning service was top-notch, ensuring our accommodation was always spotless and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, making it a perfect destination for a family getaway. We especially loved the pristine sand on the beach—it was truly amazing!

We enjoyed our short staycation at the hotel. The rooms have a modern nature- inspired design. Our room had a balcony with beautiful view of the resort and the sea beyond. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, and cleaning crew coming twice a day to make sure you got all what you need (clean towels, water, ect) I also loved the idea of steel and sparkling water dispenser in the restaurant, saving environment from extra plastic. All staff were very polite and attentive to our requests. Hassan at the reception speaks perfect Russian.

Excellent location, fabulous food both in the buffet and in the a la carte on the beach, friendly, helpful staff all around the resort, lots of space and sunbeds, great selection of drinks on the All Inclusive, fun entertainment. Leo was doing an excellent job at making sure all the guests were well looked after. Concierge were very efficient and booked our taxis for us - all arrived on time and were comfortable and spacious.
